Systems management and maintenance engineer in Artem, DAHK

Requirements:

• education: higher technical education;
• veeam Backup & Replication;
• vMware vSphere / ESXi;
• windows Server 2016-2025;
• microsoft 365;
• Jira / Service Desk systems;
• experience working with Dell server equipment (PowerEdge, iDRAC);
• experience working with Supermicro server equipment (IPMI, SYS-series);
• basic understanding of working with RAID, disk subsystems and controllers;
• experience in a similar position for more than 3 years.

Responsibilities:

• installation and dismantling of server equipment in data centers;
• server maintenance and data storage systems;
• support and administration of virtualization;
• work with Windows Server operating systems;
• maintenance of uninterruptible power supply systems (UPS);
• performance of scheduled and scheduled work, participation in changes (Change Management);
• support of backup systems;
• elimination of incidents, replacement of faulty components, support RMA-procedure;
• maintenance of equipment inventory and updating of data in accounting systems;
• monitoring of the state of servers and infrastructure. Working conditions:
