Most of our deals are 100,000 to 2 million UAH, deal cycle is from 1 week to 6 months.

Dear candidates, we are looking for a talented and energetic A professional(female or male) who loves and knows how to sell and has a desire to learn, grow and develop. We kindly ask you to carefully read the requirements for your qualities and skills. We teach the product (details here https://austroisol.com.ua/) But we expect you to be a specialist who:

  • Has a desire to earn;
  • Easily finds a common language with any buyer;
  • Able to reveal real need and offer optimal solution options;
  • Responsible, have a high level of self-organization, attentive to details;
  • Responsibly accompanies sales, namely: plan, agree terms, coordinate and control participants' actions, maintain internal documentation in CRM;

Your tasks will be:

  • Support and development of the existing large customer base;
  • Identification of customer needs and selection of optimal solutions;
  • Active search for new objects, designers, installation companies;
  • Sales through negotiations, contracts contracts and business correspondence or visits to facilities;
  • Implementation of sales plans;
  • Market monitoring and competitor analysis;
  • Participation in forums, exhibitions, conferences;
  • Responsible work in CRM for efficient use of time and resources.
