WEB system analyst in Intertop Ukraine

INTERTOP Ukraine is the leader of Ukrainian fashion retail with a 30-year history. We manage 14 retail chains of multi-brand and monobrand stores, including: INTERTOP, Ecco, Geox, Timberland, Skechers, Marc O’Polo, Napapijri, Emporio Armani, Armani Exchange, The North Face, Vans, EA7, INTERTOP Outlet and Kiko Milano.

We are actively developing our own marketplace based on the online platform INTERTOP.UA and a mobile application. The company's portfolio includes more than 500 brands of shoes, clothing, accessories and cosmetics, including own TM Braska. We support Ukrainian manufacturers and develop a culture of collaboration.

We are looking for:initiative and involved colleague for the position of WEB system analyst, who (a) strives to influence the result and implement effective solutions and will become part of our team.

Basic requirements:

• experience in the field of e-commerce
• knowledge of UML, BPMN notations
• experience in working with CMS systems
• work with SQL, XML, JSON and complex data/technical architecture
• experience in participating in projects to implement software modules
• experience in creating, maintaining and updating various types of technical documentation
• having comprehensive solution skills problems, analytical and research skills. The ability to think logically, critically and constructively about complex problems and propose solutions that meet the expressed needs
• understanding the principles of REST API and client-server architecture
• experience in describing user interfaces
• experience working with marketplaces.

Will an advantage:

• experience as a developer or QA
• work according to Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban)
• knowledge of DBMS
• work with Google services (GA, GTM)
• understanding of the principles of setting up A/B tests
• experience with Jira, Confluence
• experience working with a developed IT ecosystem
• experience working with analytics on the effectiveness of interfaces.

Responsibilities

• task analysis, preparation of technical tasks, description of documentation
• organization and holding of meetings between business and technical units
• processing and description of solution architecture, interface requirements, business and system analysis;\
• formalization of technical requirements, User Story, prioritization and management of the backlog of development tasks
• constant improvement of the service: generation of proposals for improving existing solutions and creating new ones
• control of TK compliance with technical requirements
• support of acceptance testing.
