System Analyst in Naftogaz Cifrovi Tehnologiyi, TOV

Company "Naftogaz Digital Technologies" (the main shareholder - JSC "Naftogaz of Ukraine") is an insourcing center and a center of IT competences for all companies of the Naftogaz Group. The company's project portfolio includes the entire range of solutions from industrial production systems to ERP strategic management solutions. 

Due to the expansion of the Naftogaz Digital Technologies team, it is looking for a System Analyst with software testing experience. 

 Key Responsibilities (Daily Responsibilities):

• analysis of business requirements for new implementations
• analysis of existing infrastructure and search for possible implementation options
• development of the main functional characteristics of services, their decomposition and coordination with stakeholders
• development of technical requirements for system integration, API detailing
• organization and management of system architecture and design development
• preparation of technical documentation (concept, architecture, specification)
• providing proposals for improvements to existing software products in the process of analyzing the impact of new implementation

 Requirements for the candidate:

• higher education (preferably in the field of IT)
• 3 years of work experience as a System Analyst
• understanding of SDLC and basic methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)

• requirement identification and management skills (including SRS development skills/technical requirements for systems development or modification)
• practical skills in writing User Stories, Use Cases
• confident user of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint
• experience with Confluence, JIRA or similar solutions
• knowledge and practical use of BPMN and UML notations
• experience working with relational databases and advanced knowledge of SQL
• ability to draw up an ER-diagram
• understanding of the principles of REST and web services
• knowledge of API description tools (Swagger )
• experience with XML/JSON data formats
• understanding of the principles of integration with third-party systems
• level of English proficiency: Intermediate or higher
• innovativeness, creativity, proactivity, the ability to work in a team for results
   
  Not required, but would be a plus:
  • hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (BitBucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, etc.)
  • experience with systems such as Billing, DWH, CRM
  • knowledge of any language programming (Python, Java, C#)
