Functional tasks:

• User training , conducting presentations to customers;
• Conducting surveys of the current work of the enterprise in terms of accounting and tax accounting, providing recommendations for improvement, developing a concept for changes in current processes at customers;
• Participation in the processes of project implementation ;
• Preparation of protocols of technical meetings regarding the implementation of accounting and tax accounting at customers;
• Configuration and testing of business processes, preparation of instructional materials;
• User support; analysis of issues, provision of consultations;
• Interaction with the development team and preparation of technical tasks;
• Consultative support of projects.
