What you will do as a System Analyst:
- Support the team from analysis of customer needs to testing and product implementation;
- Development of technical tasks, planning and control of project implementation, ensuring their timely completion;
- Identification and documentation of business requirements, formation of solution concepts, writing of technical documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories);
- Standardization and optimization of internal processes of business analysis, implementation of best practices;
- Communication with stakeholders, management of their expectations and coordination of requirements;
- Conducting presentations, coordinating with clients and other project participants;
- Analysis and modeling of business processes;
- Keeping the knowledge base of the department up-to-date (Confluence);
- Decomposing and prioritizing tasks in Jira and presenting them to the development team, testers.

Your ideal profile:
Must-have:
- Work experience: 3+ years as a systems analyst or BA;
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language;
- Knowledge of methodologies: Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban;
- Fundamentals of database design;
- Experience with API (REST, SOAP) and integration processes;
- Experience with testing Postman, Swagger;
- Experience in integration with external web services (OAuth, JWT, basic security principles);
- Knowledge of SQL at the level of query writing;
- English at A2 level.

Nice-to-have:
-Understanding specifics logistics business processes;
- Knowledge of the basics of management, including planning, delegation and control of tasks;
- Understanding of the basics of change management and adaptation of the team to new working conditions;
- Experience with Lean methodology;
- Skills of working with Figma, JIRA and Confluence programs;
- High level of English;
- Experience of working with mobile development.
