Graphic Designer - Howly in SKELAR

Howly is a Ukrainian multi-product company in venture builder SKELAR. We build products for users in the global professional services market. In 4+ years, we launched 4 products and grew to 300+ people in the team.

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the world of venture investments. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer to Howly!

We have 4 powerful products operating on international markets:
1. Intelligent document automation:
Relieve the routine - our product makes working with documents easier so users can focus on more important tasks.

2. Platform for career growth:
We help people grow - the platform opens opportunities for career development: from resumes to career consultations, paving the way from potential to realized ambitions.

3. AI job search and automatic creation of resumes and cover letters:
We help people find work faster. We do this with the help of AI job search, automatic creation of resumes and cover letters in one click. The service removes routine, increases the relevance of reviews and helps to better position yourself for specific roles.

4. Technical talent marketplace:
We connect technical experts with those looking for their expertise - a marketplace where experts and users find each other quickly.

What tasks await our Graphic Designer:
— design of visuals and infographics for the blog;
—design of visuals for social networks;
— others graphic tasks (help with the design of presentations, work with corporate merch, visuals and graphic materials for internal branding).

What is important to us:
— 1+ years of experience as a graphic designer;
— Strong sense of composition, typography, hierarchy, and color;
— Experience creatingvisuals and infographics for content (blogs, longreads, landing pages) and social networks;
— Understanding of digital formats: sizes, safe-zones, adaptation to different platforms;
— Ability to work with text: highlight key messages, structure content visually;
— Ability to work with feedback and quickly iterate;
— Independence in tasks from the idea to the final file;
— Ability to work with AI tools for image and video generation;
— Basic understanding of printing (bleeds, CMYK, cut lines);
— Technology stack: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.

Level to have:
— Experience with motion animation.
