System administrator (Windows Server) in TNP, TG

We are looking for a candidate for the vacant position "Windows Server Administrator"!

Requirements:

• experience working with Windows Server 2016-2025 (knowledge of AD DS, GPO, DNS, DHCP);
• administration of Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019;
• deep knowledge of VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter), experience with virtualization and configuration of virtual machines;
• understanding of working with HPE/Dell server systems, RAID controllers (RAID 1/5/6/10), SAS, SSD, NVMe drives;
• working with SAN/NAS systems, FC, iSCSI, NFS protocols;
• understanding of network technologies, knowledge of the basics of TCP/IP, VLAN;
• monitoring of servers and virtual machines, control of infrastructure performance and security;
• ability to work in a team and document technical information.

Responsibilities:

• administration servers based on Windows Server 2016-2025, including configuration and support of Active Directory (AD DS), GPO, DNS, 700">DHCP;
• management and administration of Microsoft Exchange (2016/2019), support of mail servers and their uninterrupted operation;
• management of virtualization on the VMware platform: configuration of vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, using vMotion, Storage vMotion;
• configuration and support. 700">Datastore based on VMFS, NFS. Administration of vSwitch / Distributed vSwitch, configuration of VLAN;
• monitoring and management of patches (patch management), performance analysis of servers and virtual machines;
• management of server equipment HPE / Dell, setting up RAID (RAID 1/5/6/10), working with SAS/SSD/NVMe drives;
• setting up and operating SAN/NAS storage systems (FC, iSCSI, NFS), configuring LUN, Volume, Multipathing;
• diagnosing network problems, administering TCP/IP, TCP/IP 700">VLAN and ensuring connectivity between servers, DBMS and hypervisors;
• infrastructure security control, monitorsng servers, virtual machines and DBS;
• documentation of settings and infrastructure.

It will be an advantage:

• experience working with corporate DBS (HPE, Dell, NetApp, etc.);
