Business Analyst in The Gravity Agency

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will be responsible for the development and successful implementation of our client's product - a mobile application with mapping functions and a web geoinformation system. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge in the field software development, strong analytical skills and experience in managing the full cycle of product creation.

The position includes working in an office on a hybrid schedule in Lviv or Dnipro.

Basic tasks:

• Forming and managing the product vision, defining long-term and short-term goals.
• Collecting, analyzing and transforming business requirements into technical specifications.
• Managing the product life cycle: from concept to release and support.
• Interaction with the team of developers, designers and other stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of tasks.
• Analysis of the market, competitors and user needs.
• Setting requirements for product functionality taking into account customer feedback.
• Prioritization of product backlog and roadmap management.
• Quality control of the final product.

Expectations from the candidate:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience;
• Deep understanding of the software development process.
• Skills in collecting, analyzing and formulating requirements.
• Understanding UI/UX principles and working with prototyping tools.
• Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work with data.
• Ability to manage several projects at the same time, effectively allocating resources.
• High level of communication and ability to build cooperation in a team.
• English at the Intermediate level and above.
• Experience with mapping systems or geographic information products will be advantage.
