Basic requirements:

• user support;
• block PC repair;
• knowledge and understanding of components, as well as peripherals;< /li>

• mastery of office software at the administration level;
• troubleshooting skills at the software level;
• knowledge at the administrator level of the Windows 10, 11 OS;
• knowledge and understanding of working with images of the Windows family;
• knowledge of the basics of the TCP / IP protocol, understanding of the principles of building computer networks;
• skills for working with active network equipment;
• skills for working with Windows terminal servers;
