What will you do:

• Plan a list of key indicators of the quality of IT services of mobile and fixed business
• Conduct an analysis of the dynamics of network and IT incidents of mobile and fixed business
• Analyze subscribers' complaints about network quality and develop measures to eliminate their causes
• Prepare reports on the number and timeliness of incident resolution
• Calculate SLA for network related incidents
• Monitor achievement of network quality objectives
