Open vacancy:assistant system administrator.

Responsibilities:

• manage applications and help users connect to their computers, technical control of work if necessary;
• quickly understand new programs and help users with their configuration;
• diagnosis and troubleshooting related to computer components;
• configuration, connection of computer and peripheral equipment;
• maintenance of Ethernet and Wi-Fi networks;
• maintenance and modernization of servers and services;
• work with tables and documents, keeping reports on work done.
• maintenance of office equipment - replacement of cartridges, elimination of minor malfunctions.
• control of billing payments, mobile and SIP communication, etc.
• control of battery replacement periods for uninterruptible power sources.
• creation applications to technical support, contractor/partner companies.
• other related issues.

Requirements:

• experience as a system administrator / assistant system administrator will be a plus;
• knowledge and experience with Windows 10 and server systems;
• ability to use office programs (MS Office, Google Docs, etc.);
• ability to work with remote control programs;
• knowledge of computer assembly;
• installation experience drivers for connecting equipment (office equipment, terminals, monitors, printers, etc.);
• experience in selecting components for further modernization of equipment or assembling a new one;
