We are looking for a talented User Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for the development, implementation and optimization of advertising
campaigns with a focus on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). If you know how to attract the most profitable users

Key Responsibilities:
Development and launch performance of marketing campaigns on platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc.).
Optimization of advertising campaigns to achieve maximum ROAS.
Constant analysis of key metrics (CPI, CPA, ARPU, LTV, CAC).
(Tenjin, Firebase, GA4) to track campaign performance.
Close collaboration with the design team to create effective creatives.
Reporting on campaign performance.
Requirements:
2+ years of performance marketing experience.
Deep understanding of ROAS, LTV, CAC metrics and their role in scaling business. Experience with advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads). Knowledge of analytical tools (Tenjin, Firebase, GA4).
Would be a plus:
Experience with mobile games or applications.
Understanding of monetization models (In-App Purchases, Ads Revenue).
Experience in launching campaigns in new markets.
