Requirements:

• Knowledge and understanding of the basic principles of network construction (routing, local and virtual networks);

• Skills in installing and configuring client application software;

• Skills in writing technical documentation (instructions) for users;

• Skills for independent search and troubleshooting (troubleshooting);

• User-level Unix knowledge and console skills;

• Independence at work;

• Willingness to learn and improve your skills;

• Ability to write competently and clearly express your thoughts;

• Knowledge of the English language at the level of technical reading/understandingnew documentation.

Working conditions:< /span>

• Working in a team of professionals;

• Salary level from UAH 28,000 to 37,000. depending on skills.

• Work schedule: Mon-Fri from 10:00 to 19:00.

Duties:

• Technical support of company employees (OS: Windows, Mac OS, Ubuntu);

• Installing software;

• Timely processing of ServiceDesk requests and prioritization of problems;

• Employee consultation on working with PCs and software;
