We are looking for an energetic, responsible engineer with a desire to develop in the team to work on the second line of user support.

About us:

• Creating, ensuring the operation and development of computer of information systems of the Lviv City Council.
• Implementation of technical support for the operation of Information Systems.
• Implementation of system and technical support for the passage of information in Information Systems.
• Resolution of requests and incidents of Users related to computer equipment

Your duties will include:

• Support for users of Windows OS, Mac OS
• Maintenance of basic software
• Processing of requests from users in the ITSM system
• Block diagnostics and repair of the user's computer equipment
• support for holding shows, online broadcasts, conferences , meetings in the hall and on the platforms zoom, teams...
• Maintenance of the equipment database that is under maintenance
• Connecting users to the local network, switching, diagnostics
• Providing consulting on the IT services of the company
