Technical Specialist (IT) in Intechsoft

The Czech-Ukrainian company Intechsoft is looking for an IT Technical Specialist (System Administrator) who will join to our team to work in our client's office (Kyiv, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Mykolaiv).

Our client is one of the leaders of the Ukrainian brewing market and a joint venture of the world's largest brewing company Anheuser-Busch InBev.

Requirements:

• Higher IT education;
• Knowledge of the principles of installation, configuration and administration of Windows;
• Ability to work with Microsoft services;
• High level of personal responsibility;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Confident command of a PC.

  Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the functionality of the company's IT infrastructure;
  • Organizing the workplace of the company's users. Installation and initial configuration of the Windows operating system. Connection and configuration of peripheral equipment;
  • Maintenance and support of computer equipment in working condition (maintenance, modular repair, testing, modernization);
  • Installation and configuration of software in accordance with technical requirements;
  • Support of software functionality provision (timely updates, troubleshooting, problem diagnosis);
  • Processing local and remote technical support requests;
  • User account administration using AD and Azure AD services
