System administrator in iTIM

• About the company

We are a Ukrainian IT company that provides support and maintenance services for corporate IT infrastructure. We have been working with business clients and ensuring the stability of their IT systems since 2011.

Main responsibilities

• Providing technical support to corporate clients (phone, messengers, application system)
• Remote administration of workstations and servers
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting IT equipment
• Consultation of users on technical issues
• Interaction with the team and adherence to internal work standards

Our expectations

• Sound knowledge of custom Windows OS
• Experience with Windows Server (2012 / 2016 / 2022)
• Understanding the principles of computer networks (routers, candles, Wi-Fi, basic routing in LAN)
• Ability to diagnose hardware malfunctions (PC, network equipment, peripherals)
• Responsibility, discipline, ability to work in a team

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Active Directory
• Basic knowledge of backup copying
• Experience with remote support tools
