We are looking for a customer support specialist who wants to develop in IT and e-commerce.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting English-speaking customers through the ticket system and online chat.
- Consulting on the use of company products.
- Working with technical cases together with the development team.
- Updating and supporting documentation products.
- Working with task accounting systems.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer support from 6 months.
- English language - level B2+ (written and conversational).
- Attention to details and responsibility.
- Correct and professional communication with clients.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
Will be an advantage:
- Basic understanding of web technologies.
- Experience with Magento, Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Using AI tools at work.
