System administrator in Atis Pharma

ATIS Pharma is a Ukrainian pharmaceutical company that specializes in the production and distribution of high-quality pharmaceutical products. We work both in Ukraine and in the countries of the EU, Asia and Africa. We offer a wide range of prescription (RX) and over-the-counter (OTC) drugs with a focus on cardiology, neurology, psychiatry and other specialized areas. Production is carried out at leading enterprises in Ukraine, the EU and India, which guarantees the efficiency and quality of products. Currently, our product portfolio includes more than 100 SKUs.

Due to business development, we are looking for a System Administrator to join our team

Our expectations:

• 2-3 years of experience as a system administrator years.

• In-depth knowledge:

  - Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO,

  - networks (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewall, VLAN),

  - data backup and recovery.

• Experience with cloud services (Azure / AWS / Google Cloud - a plus).

• Understanding the principles of information security.

• Experience supporting ERP or business critical systems

• Ability to work with incidents and business priorities.

• Independence, systems thinking, responsibility.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in a pharmaceutical, medical or manufacturing company.
• Knowledge of requirements to data protection (GDPR, internal policies, audit).
• Experience of participating in the implementation of ERP / CRM / DMS.
• Basic knowledge of scripts (PowerShell, Bash).

Main tasks:

• Administration of server and network infrastructure (Windows/Linux).

• Support of corporate systems:

  
  - ERP (BAS / 1C / SAP B1 - will be a plus),
  - mail services (Microsoft 365 / Exchange),
  - file servers, VPN, AD.

• Ensuring information security:
  - control access,
  - backup,
  - antivirus and endpoint protection,
  - compliance with internal security policies.

• Participation in the implementation of new IT solutions and automation of processes.

• Support of IT audits, inspections, internal and external (if necessary).
