What will your day look like at PUMB?

• Analysis, identification and description of requirements, formation and filling of user stories;
• Modeling and design of solutions within individual processes and creating specifications;
• Support development and implementation process;
• Support of existing functionality;
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of changes using current business analysis techniques;
• Regular communication with the product owner, developers, designers, QA engineers, support colleagues and other involved colleagues;
• Formalization of requirements (distribution into business, functional, non-functional)

Your background we need:

• 2+ years as a Business Analyst;
• Experience with key BA technologies (interviews, document analysis, evaluation, etc.)
• Experience with key analysis tools (business process diagrams in BPMN notation, modeling experience in UML notation, creating prototypes (figma), etc.)
• Experience of writing user stories, use cases, BRD, SRS
• Experience of working with task managers (JIRA) and knowledge bases (Confluence and similar);
• Experience of working with requirements: gathering, writing technical specifications and specifications
• Experience of working in Agile teams on Scrum/Kanban
• Experience of participating in development projects mobile applications (will be a plus)
