System administrator in PrivatBank

Basic responsibilities:

• Executing user requests and requests for technological tasks
• Routing requests to other services according to established rules
• Installing, debugging, and updating operating systems, office applications, other standard software
• Consulting users in matters of operating IT equipment and software installed on their workstations locations

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (specialty information technology)
• 1+ year of experience in technical user support
• Knowledge in the field of support operating systems Linux, Windows, iOS and software
• PC skills at the level of an advanced user
• Ability to connect and configure office equipment
• Effective communication skills
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language (including business language)
• Knowledge of English at Elementary (A2) level
