Product Owner in SystemGroup Ukraine

The developer of software and complex solutions for the automation of business processes announces the opening of a Product Owner position

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of user and market needs, determination of product development priorities.
• Management of the full cycle of sales of software products, including negotiations and conclusion of agreements.
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented solutions, analytics of consumer behavior and strategy optimization.
• Formation of software product development strategy and entry into new markets.
• Formation and management of the product backlog (creation, prioritization, detailing).
• Description and maintenance of the relevance of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Interaction with the development team, QA, designers and stakeholders.
• Conducting backlog refinement, sprint planning, review, retrospective.
• Roadmap management and release planning.
• Presentation of team results to management, customers or users.
• Participation in hypothesis testing, MVP creation and new functionality launch.

Requirements:

• Experience in retail project management, interaction with internal and external teams.
• Skills analyze business needs and propose relevant software solutions.
• Experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst / Project Manager from 2 years.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban, experience with backlog.
• Experience in forming user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Practical skills in working with Jira / Azure DevOps or similar.
• Understanding the principles of MVP, roadmap, release planning.
• Experience of interaction with development, testing, design teams.
• Higher education (IT, management, economics or related fields).
• English – Intermediate+.

• Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team.

Will be an advantage:

• Understanding UX/UI and basic technical principles (API, databases).
