System administrator in Biola, GK

Key requirements:

• education: higher (preferably technical);
• work experience : system administrator, system administrator (from 3 years);
• PC knowledge: Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, 1C;

Position tasks:

• reception, processing and execution applications from users; consulting users on technical issues;
• working with employees in the office and remotely; elimination of problems with office software;
• installation, configuration, diagnostics and troubleshooting of computer equipment;
• support and configuration of the local network;
• configuration of warehouse equipment (TSD, applicators);
• setting and maintenance of telephony and PBX work (long-distance and internal communication);
• monitoring, support and diagnostics of passive network infrastructure (cable systems, patch panels, sockets);
• diagnostics and maintenance of office equipment, including printers and multifunctional devices (cartridge replacement, troubleshooting, connection settings).

Special knowledge:

• knowledge of application management systems such as ManageEngine ServiceDesk or its analogues;
• experience of working on the first line of support (Helpdesk) Windows Server (2003/2008/2012).
   Windows 7/10/11.
   Windows SE (version for embedded systems);
• knowledge of computer hardware for block repair (diagnostics, replacement of components, updates);
• skills in working with network equipment (switches, routers, access points, VLAN settings, network troubleshooting);
• understanding of the basics of telephony and PBX (configuration of SIP, VoIP, internal and long-distance telephony);
• basic knowledge of passive network infrastructure (types of cables, connection standards, testing of cable systems);
• diagnostics and office maintenance skills equipment (printers, MFPs, scanners).
