Account Payable (AP) Accountant (outsource position) in Bayer Ltd. / Bayer, OOO

Bayer Ltd, International company open the vacancy of Account Payable (AP) Accountant (outsource position). 

Responsibilities:

• Guaranty the right level of AP accounting.
• Processing of the vendor invoices in SAP (receive, verify and post vendors’ invoices and other supporting documents; analyze respective postings)
• Release vendor invoices for payment.
• Reconciliation the balances on the accounts related to AP.
• Participation in preparation of VAT declaration: preparation the register of Tax invoices (VAT credit).
• Accounting of Intercompany operation: posting, preparation the supporting documentation, reconciliation etc.
• Participation in closing process according to Group and Local rules: monthly, quarterly, yearly.
• Participation in the preparation Audit and Statistical reporting.
• Participation in the process of Financial Audit: assist the auditors in their inquiries.
• To be business partner for the business in questions related to AP.

General requirements:

• Completed education in Finance, Accounting or related spheres.
• Working experience from 5 years.
• Knowledges of IFRS and Tax legislation.
• English – upper-intermediate level.
• SAP and Excel knowledges.

Attention to details, time management, communication skills, proactiveness, stress resistant, responsibility.
