We expect:

1. Experience as a system administrator or technical support specialist from 1 year;
2. Knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server. (Knowledge of the Linux and macOS family OS will be an advantage)
3. Basic understanding of the organization of local networks and the operation of network protocols
4. Knowledge of network administration, monitoring tools and ensuring information security

Your feature:

1. Support of the existing equipment park (200+)
2. Employee consultation on emerging issues related to the functioning of workstations (locally and remotely)< /li>
3. Operability monitoring, troubleshooting of networks and workstations on Windows
4. Configuration, support and ensuring the operability of PCs, laptops, MFPs and printers
5. Administration of Mikrotik network equipment , UniFi
6. Installation and administration of local computer networks and video surveillance systems
7. Technical issue and return control, MTC inventory management
8. Technical training of workplaces
9. Delivery for repair and control of returns from repair equipment
