Ukrainian network for children's rights (hereinafter - UMPD)was created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of ensuring children's rights.
p>Goal: Creation of infographics, visual elements of communication campaigns and design of social media posts.Tasks:
- designing posts for social networks;
- working on ssm-projects of the organization together with the communication team;
- designing banners, brochures, infographics and other informative visual materials ;
- participation in brainstorming on the development of a visual vision/style;
- control of compliance with brand book standards in all graphic manifestations of projects;
- close cooperation with the communication department.

Requirements for the candidate:
- work experience from 1 year (or promising portfolio); < li>strong skills in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator;
- creativity to create interesting graphics;
- understanding of technical aspects of design, including composition, color, fonts, etc.;
- li>
- the ability to create not only individual elements, but complex design concepts and identities;
- the ability to work in a team, the ability to work under tight deadlines and meet deadlines;
- the ability to creative thinking, as well as the ability to make decisions.
