• work experience of not less than 2 years in the field of system administration in a corporate environment;
• deep knowledge of Windows OS and experience working with thin clients;
• experience in the installation, configuration and support of VolP telephony;
• knowledge and experience of working with Mikro Tik equipment or similar network devices;
• understanding of the basic principles of network security and experience in applying relevant methods and technologies;
• excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple language;
• experience working in a team and troubleshooting independently;

• availability of profile certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA))
• knowledge (solid understanding) of basic network protocols (VPN options , SSL/TLS, OSPF, DNS)
• experience with network monitoring and management systems (eg Nagios, Zabbix)
• knowledge of DevOps methodology principles and experience with process automation

What to do:

• ensure reliable operation and support of thin clients (RDP/RDS) on Windows OS in an office environment;
• manage and support internal VolP telephony (client applications only), including installation , configuration and maintenance;
• ensure the security of the internal network, includingsetup and maintenance of MikroTik equipment;
• provide technical support to customers on issues of network infrastructure, VolP telephony and thin clients.
