Assignment:

• Ensuring smooth operation and development of IT infrastructure
• Implementation of technological solutions to meet business needs
• Analysis of IT infrastructure and development of plans for its modernization
• Organization of the technical support process for company users
• Development and implementation of information security policies and rules, monitoring their compliance
• Budget planning and IT procurement management
• Interaction with hardware and software suppliers

Requirements:? ?

• Experience as an IT specialist from 5 years
• Discipline and diligence
• Ability to convey complex things to the end user in simple words
• Good general understanding of Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL), MacOS, Windows Server 2019/2022;
• Deep knowledge and experience of implementing and maintenance of Microsoft services:
• Active Directory (domain services, GPO)
• Windows DNS, fault-tolerant clustering
• Autonomous and highly available RDS services
• Standalone and highly available SQL
• Cloud experience: AWS (EC2, IAM, S3, Route53
• Solid understanding of L2 and L3 networking including switching, ARP, routing, IP/UDP/ TCP, OSPF, etc
• Experience with virtualization hypervisors (KVM/Hyper-V)
• Experience with OpenVPN, IPsec, SSLVPN
• SQL – MsSQL, MySQL
• Shell scripting - bash, python, PowerShell;

Will be a big plus:??

• Understanding the service approach to IT management, knowledge of the basics of ITIL and ITSM;
• Basic knowledge of APIs on MacOS and IOS (file system, network, API processes);

• CI/CD tools (Jenkins) including principles and methodologies;
• Automation, configuration management and provisioning tools: Ansible, Terraform, K8S, Docker; Understanding of different user access controls, SSO, integrity user profile and access controls;
• Experience with server application security concepts and security measures;
• Experience with intrusion detection solutions and L7 proxy screens; /li>
• Planning and conducting security audits and constant monitoring of security and threats;
