Your future tasks:

• preparation for issuing, setting up, maintenance of computer and office equipment, its accounting and regular inventory
• management and control of access to corporate services and resources
• technical support of employees
• system diagnostics, configuration and maintenance of servers
< li> selection, installation and maintenance office and network equipment, as well as peripheral equipment
• implementation and support of security corporate solutions
• administration of Atlassian products, design and configuration of workflows in Jira.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position
• know different OS at the administration level (MacOS , Linux, Windows)
• you can provide high-quality and timely technical support to users, you know how to find a common language with people
• you have experience working with network equipment, you understand the principles of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP )
• you understand the principles of DNS, DHCP servers
• you have experience in the administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
