We're seeking a motivated individual to join our remote recruitment team. This role is ideal for a young professional passionate about talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and engaging candidates for roles in the IT and digital marketing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates using LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, and Boolean search techniques to build a strong talent pipeline
Screen CVs and conduct initial outreach to potential candidates via email, LinkedIn, and Telegram
Scheduling interviews for senior recruiters in a professional manner
Maintain accurate candidate records in our CRM and spreadsheets
Collaborate with the recruiting team and your coordinator to meet hiring goals and deadlines
Track and report on sourcing metrics
Required Qualifications:
At least 6 months of active sourcing experience, preferably in the IT or digitalmarketing industry
Proven skills in sourcing via LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, and Boolean search
Ability to write outreach templates for candidate communication and job site postings
Strong skills in working with spreadsheets for data organization
Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken)
Attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to learn and work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
