About the team:

Support Team RozetkaPay is a team of 26 specialists working in different areas. One of them is written support for partners working on Prom.ua, Rozetka, Shafa, and other marketplaces.

This direction responds to requests that may arise from partners:
— from questions at the start of work and during onboarding,
— to requests related to payments and operational processes.

This team currently has 7 specialists.

Important for this role:

    experience working in customer support

  • ability to work with a large amount of information from various sources, the ability to quickly perceive new information and use it in work
  • ability to convey information correctly, convincingly and in an accessible form, to clearly answer questions
  • attention to details, responsibility and resistance to stress
  • ability to resolve controversial/conflict situations
  • willingness and ability to work in a team - mutual assistance, interchangeability, exchange of experience
  • literate Ukrainian language

It will be an advantage:

  • work experience in banks or fintech companies
  • understanding the concept of a transaction and its stages passing
  • understanding of payment methods (p2p, internet acquiring, trade acquiring)
  • experience with tools: - ticket systems (Zendesk, omnidesk, kayako or similar) - systems for creating/managing tasks (Jira or similar) - admin panel/CRM system (search for information by various criteria)

Tasks:

  • written processing of requests from merchants (our customers - sellers of marketplaces)
  • checking payments to sellers of marketplaces
  • helping sellers in passing onboarding, verification and activation of applications
  • written communication with partner banks to resolve work issues
  • interaction with other teams within the company

Stages:
