Middle Product Manager in PRO.people Recruitment Agency

Our client is an international product with a large audience, constantly developing and entering new markets. The team is actively growing, and we are looking for a Product Manager (Middle / Middle+) who is ready to take responsibility for the product, propose and implement ideas and really influence its development.

Your key tasks:

• independent management of the product and development of its functionality;
• generation and verification of product hypotheses, proposals for new features;
• formation and backlog prioritization, roadmap management;
• close interaction with IT, design, marketing, analysts and the client side;
• control of product metrics and analysis of the effectiveness of implemented solutions;
• preparation of artifacts: user stories, requirements, test cases;
• presentation of solutions and reporting to management.

What for us important:

• 2 years experience as a Product Manager in large digital / IT products;
• understanding of UX/UI, funnels, analytics;
• skills for working with Excel / Google Sheets and task manager (YouTrack/Jira);
• analytical thinking, ability to work with numbers;
• communicative, discipline, critical thinking, ability to reasonedly accept solutions.
