We invite a Support specialist (L2) , who shares our corporate values and strives for dynamic development.

Responsibilities;

• maintain and support application software systems/services (Client-Bank and Front-office);
• eliminate incidents in systems/services;
• interact with the first line of support (CC, validation department, branch);
• analyze errors and submit bugs to developers;
• optimize system performance.

Candidate requirements:

• knowledge of SQL;
• writing simple queries;
• experience in working with API requests (preferred);
• understanding of how the front-back-db connection works;
• understanding of Graylog, Kibana logging systems, ability to read and analyze logs (preferred);
• preferred experience in ORACLE database administration;
• knowledge of Corezoid (will be a plus);
• ability to build cause and effect connections;
• analytical and systematic thinking, work with a large amount of data.
