Support specialist, chat operator (remote) in Tirtey

We are looking for a person who quickly and politely responds to messages, without complicated formalities. Work experience is not required - training and support at the start are guaranteed.

Main tasks:

• Respond to customers in the chat, clarifying details, if necessary, transfer questions to colleagues;

• Record important information from each request;

• Get acquainted with the company's services and the principles of operation of alarms.
