What you need to do:
Respond to customer inquiries in chats in accordance with company standards
Provide information about services and products
Fix appeals and transfer difficult questions to responsible colleagues
Follow communication standards and design messages
Conditions:
Salary: UAH 40,000 + bonuses based on results jobs
Schedule: 5/2, 4/2 or 3/2
