Support service specialist, chat operator (Customer support) in Yakovenko V. I., FOP

We are currently in the scaling phase, so we are looking for a "Chat Operator" to advise and communicate with our users in live chat mode.

Our ideal candidate:< /b>

• has a positive experience of communicating with clients (face-to-face or on the phone, in chats);< /li>
• or does not have previous experience of communicating with clients, but able to learn quickly, perceive information;
• has competent written Ukrainian, with a typing speed of 180 characters/minute or more.

What to do:

• promptly respond to all requests and requests from customers in the "chat" mode;
< li>anticipate the client's negativity, and neutralizeit before it appears;
• participate in improving customer service and processes within the team and the company.
