We are currently looking for talented and ambitious Account Managers who are fluent in DEU/ITA/ESP/PRT/CZE for our office in Lviv.

What will you do? :

- Interact with customers from different countries (Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic) via phone, e-mail and online communication channels;

- Understand customer needs and provide professional advice on the company's products and services;

- Solve customer requests and problems through effective communication and cooperation with internal department specialists;

- Support long-term relationships with customers and actively work to increase the level of customer satisfaction.

Experience required:

- Proficiency in one of the following languages: fluent German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or Czech;

- Experience in customer service or sales would be an advantage;

- Ability to effectively communicate and solve problems;

- High level of self-organization and ability to work in a team;

- Ability to work with a computer and use various online tools.
