Support service specialist in Kobak R.R., FOP

The TBI company is hiring a specialist in the field of customer support. 
We outsource and provide services for other companies, helping them with customer support. If you are looking for a job with a flexible schedule and the opportunity to learn, this position may be for you!

What you have to do:
1. To process requests from users of web resources of companies with which we cooperate.
2. Provide support over the phone, helping to resolve issues that arise from users.
3. Record detailed information about user problems (for example, problems with authorization, errors on the site).
4. Transfer the collected information to the technical departments for prompt resolution of issues.

What we offer:
• Pre-employment training (training is paid at the same rate as on-the-job training days).
•Two payment formats to choose from: Fixed salary: UAH 30,000 or salary + bonuses for KPI performance: UAH 37,000-45,000. with the possibility of weekly calculation.

Who we are looking for:
• Communicative specialist who can carefully collect and transmit information.
• Experience in the field of technical support is welcome , but not mandatory - we teach everything.
• Willingness to work full-time.
