Ourcandidate:

• with experience in Internet sales from 3 years;
• with a deep understanding of all the main tools of online sales and Internet marketing;
• with experience in managing the development, optimization and promotion of Internet platforms;
• has leadership and organizational skills qualities;
• energetic, proactive and multitasking.

The main tasks will be:

• Formation of the sales development strategy in the company's online channel;
• Transition from format online store to full-fledged online sales as a separate sales channel;
• Using an omnichannel model based on the company's branches;
• Forming plans for turnover, marginal income, traffic indicators, lead generation, conversion and other;
• planning of sales by product groups, management of product portfolio sales and focus positions;
• E-commerce budget planning per month/quarter/year;
• Evaluation of the existing online store platform, automation of internal and client processes, implementation of quality improvements;
• li>Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and ongoing activities;
• Content management, work with the target audience;
• Comprehensive analysis of the results of activities, the market and competitors, using tools and metrics for analysis.
