Support operator (with knowledge of the Turkish language)
Location: Kyiv
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00–18:00
Salary: UAH 100,000 – 120,000

A company that works with foreign customers, invites a support service operator with knowledge of the Turkish language to join the team. We are looking for a responsible and attentive specialist who knows how to communicate competently and help clients solve problems.

Main duties:

• processing customer inquiries in Turkish (chat, mail);

• providing advice on company services;

• transferring complex requests to relevant departments;

• keeping a brief reporting on appeals.

Requirements:

• knowledge of the Turkish language at an above average level (from B2);

• competent written and spoken language;

• responsibility and ability to work with people.
