Technical Payment Support (PSP) in Talent Hunters Hub

We are looking for a Technical Payment Manager to join the online payment department of a product IT company to coordinate the process integration of payment providers with the technical platform and control of stable operation of integrated payment solutions.

Expectations from the candidate:

• English language at the Strong level B1/B2;
• basic understanding of client-server architecture;
• experience working with API documentation, basic understanding of API principles;
• understanding of external API integration processes;
• basic knowledge in the field of payment systems;
• ability to work with MS Office/Google Docs and Slack office packages.

Main tasks:

• organization and support of communication with internal technical team and analysts;
• collection and consolidation of partner solution data;
• interaction with technical teams of partners to ensure correct integration and functioning of solutions;
• maintenance and management of the backlog of tasks, control of their execution;
• updating data on the state of operation of partner solutions;
• notifying stakeholders about changes in the functionality of solutions;
• assistance in the integration and support of partner solutions, monitoring their work;
• collection of data in the account managers.
