We currently have an open position for a Support Service Operator. This specialist works in the Customer Support Department of the company's contact center and is responsible for remote interactionwith users. 
- Interaction with users;
- Provision of qualified consulting assistance on the technical and financial part of products using various communication channels (chat, calls);< li>Introducing users to the company's products, their characteristics, current promotions and offers;
-  Interaction with by other company departments;
- Passing requests for technical and financial difficulties of users, receiving feedback for the purpose of further informing users;
- Information about detected problems or errors on supported resources.
 Requirements:
- High level of spoken and written Polish;
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and willingness to learn;< li> Sociability;
- Tall level of self-organization. 
Graph works:
Variable -  2/2. 2 working days (day shift 7:00 - 19:00), 2 weekends, 2 working days (night shift 19:00 - 7:00), 2 weekends.
