• Independent implementation of decisions agreed with the business owner

• Project management — from concept to facility commissioning

• Team building: talent selection, creating a favorable environment for their development and stimulating successful work

• Ensuring effective interaction between all departments

• Project implementation control according to high standards

• Participation in public events and presentation of the company in the media

Requirements

• 5+ years of successful company management experience from 30 diverse roles

• Willingness to work fruitfully with the owner: understand his style and vision

• Orientationfor long-term cooperation and dedication to the interests of the company

• The ability to make the right decisions in a dynamic environment

• High level of organizational and leadership qualities

• Understanding modern construction technologies and trends
