Support operator (with knowledge of English)
Location: Kyiv
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00–18:00
Salary: UAH 65,000 – 90,000

A company working with international clients invites to a team of support service operators with knowledge of the English language. We are looking for attentive and responsible people who know how to calmly communicate with customers and help in resolving inquiries.

Main duties:

• handling customer requests in chat and e-mail;

• providing advice in English;

• transferring more complex requests to the appropriate departments;

• keeping short records of appeals in the internal system.

• salary from UAH 65,000 to 90,000 (depending on work results);
