Support operator (with knowledge of the Polish language, remotely)

We are looking for a support operator who will work with customers of Polish airlines. If you speak Polish, like to help people and want to work remotely - we will be glad to see you in our team.

Main duties:

• Receiving and processing customer inquiries

• Providing advice in Polish

• Communicating with customers via online chat and e-mail

• Assisting in solving questions that arise from customers

• Ensuring quality support and service

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Confident command of the Polish language (oral and written)

• Clear and competent communication

• Availability of a computer or laptop and a telephone for jobs

• Basic skills for working with a PC and Internet services

• Responsibility, attentiveness and customer orientation

We offer:

• Fully remote work

• Working schedule: 09:00 – 18:00

• Salary from UAH 39,000, payment in US dollars at the exchange rate (900)
