Support Service Manager (Spanish) in LetyShops

Hello! We are the LetyShops cashback service team. In the Customer Care Service, we are looking for friendly and hardworking people who will be happy to make our users' purchases easier and more useful :)

We expect you to:

• you like to help people, you easily find a common language with others;
• you can express your thoughts competently, tactfully and clearly in writing and orally;
• you speak Spanish fluently;
• li>responsibly and scrupulously approach tasks;
• want to work for pleasure.

What useful things will you do:

• advise users in chat mode;
• actively interact with colleagues and other departments to complete tasks;
• develop and willingly share your knowledge with colleagues and users.

  What useful things we will provide you:

  • full employment (8 hours a day + 1 hour for a lunch break, 5 days a week);
  • work in a modern and comfortable office (with light, shelter and everything necessary) and the opportunity to work remotely;
  • English lessons with a teacher and speaking club;
  • 50% compensation for external study for your development;
  • flexible schedule: first and second shifts (first shift - from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the second shift - from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.), also, the work involves 3-4 shifts per month on weekends.
