Manager of voice customer support in OLX Ukrayina

OLX Ukraine is looking for Managers voice support for OLX customers - friendly, open, friendly, fair, honest.

What responsibilities you will get by working with us:

• Working with incoming and outgoing calls (no cold sales). From time to time you need to send a letter to a client, or read one that he sends you.
• Consultation of existing and potential OLX customers regarding the operation of the service, services, cost, etc.
• Direct resolution of issues that will be included in the framework of competences.
• Fixation of information in the CRM system.
• Creating a positive customer experience, building open and trusting relationships with users, ensuring high customer appreciation of the provided service.
