Responsibilities:

• Help to use government services online in chats
• Increase loyalty to the project
• Follow Tone of voice standards when communicating with users
• Advise interested users of public services in chats

• Higher education
• Skillful command of the word
• Learn new things and be able to process a lot of information
• Develop negotiation skills and be able to manage conflicts
• Quickly navigate in any situation
• Willingness to work in the office
