Support Project Manager (digital agency) in CF.Digital

We are currently looking for a project manager of supported projects to join the team. If you want to develop and are ready to work responsibly and inspired together on interesting projects, welcome. Requirements: knowledge of the basics and practical use of project management, the ability to organize team work and effective cooperation; understanding of the basics of site development and experience working with various site administrators; knowledge of the basic programs of the Adobe, MS package Office / Google Workspace; experience working with task managers such as ClickUP, Worksection, etc.; excellent presentation skills; responsibility and proactivity; good Ukrainian language — written and fluent, knowledge of English at the intermediate level will be a plus; ability to analyze and think critically, quickly switch between tasks and projects. Responsibilities: communication with clients regarding supported projects: processing client requests, estimating the cost and timing of tasks based on requests, advising on the operation of the site's admin panel, etc.; describing the necessary improvements to the project based on the client's request; communicating with developers and other involved specialists , setting tasks, monitoring deadlines, checking results; drawing up primary documentation for projects (preparation of documents, their coordination with accountants and clients), control of payments for completed work; control of the use of agency specialists' time, agreed with clients; on request, filling sites with ready-made content (Wordpress , CMS Delta); manual testing of implemented improvements within the framework of projects, drawing up checklists, bug reports.
