Business Partner Manager

Your area of responsibility will be:  

  • Implementing the P&C strategy in the factory, ensuring it is aligned with the factory management team and achieving P&C KPIs. 
  • Support the recruitment process together with line managers as needed.Participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, cooperation programs with universities to ensure personnel reserve.
  • Support the process of training and development of personnel in the factory.Effectively plan and manage the L&D budget. Provide development and training support and advice.
  • Plan and support organizational design changes in collaboration with the Compensation and Benefits team as required by law. Ensure proper communication of organizational changes to maintain high levels of engagement. 
  • Develop performance and talent management strategies and succession planning in line with company strategy. 
  • Provide expert advice and consultation to employees on the Labor Code, P&C policies and procedures, and elements of corporate culture (performance appraisal, career development, succession planning, rewards, training opportunities, etc.).Work closely with the factory union on employee related issues.
  • Conduct regular and detailed performance reviews of P&C initiatives for employees and support the implementation of Employee Engagement Surveys (EES) and Pulse surveys and follow-up based on results.
  • Manage administrative functions (office management, medical center, canteen) in the organization to ensure an inclusive work environment and efficient, smooth operations.
  • Ensure proper management of P&C budget and contractual obligations with suppliers.
  • Actively collaborate with all P& team membersC contributing to P&C strategy (ASP/SPC), new initiatives and projects (Well-being, DEI, etc.).
  • Collaborate with global team to adapt global campaigns and initiatives for factory workers. 
Ukrainian and fluent English

  • Excellent PC knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point)

  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills at all levels

  • Responsibility for one's results and independence in decision-making
